I am very honoured to have a work selected for the inaugural Victorian Craft Award, presented by Craft Victoria, held across four locations - Craft, fortyfivedownstairs, Sofitel on Collins, 1 Spring Street. It promises to be a BIG event!

Bendigo Art Gallery Acquisition
These two works exhibited in SAM's (Shepparton Art Museum) Showcase in 2014 have been acquired by the Bendigo Art Gallery. Bendigo Art Gallery has a significant collection of contemporary Australian Ceramics, primarily made possible my the generosity of Rod Fyffe and his passion for ceramics. I am very pleased that these two works will be in this collection, as they are two of the first works I had made and exhibited which include glass additions, an area I have been exploring in my work recently. This work and its development was assisted by a 2013 New Work Grant by the Australia Council for the Arts.

Toorak Village Sculpture Exhibition
Very excited to share the news that this work, Untitled 2014, was awarded the Lump Sculpture Studio Award at the Toorak Village Sculpture Exhibition on Friday 1 May. The exhibition was judged by David Hurlston, Senior Curator Australian Art, NGV. The exhibition runs until 14 June, with 100 sculptures displayed in the shop fronts and on the pavements of Toorak Village.
